At The Business Arise, we provide customized creative, digital, marketing, website, AI automation, chatbot, and related professional services. Because many of our services involve custom work and project-specific resources, refund eligibility depends on the status and circumstances of the project.
1. Before Work Begins
If a cancellation or refund request is made before work has started, The Business Arise will review the request based on the project's agreed terms and any costs already incurred.
2. Work Already Started
Once work has begun, any refund request will be evaluated according to the amount of work already completed, resources committed to the project, third-party expenses, and the terms agreed upon when the service was ordered.
Completed work or work already delivered may not be eligible for a full refund.
3. Custom Design Services
Services such as logos, branding materials, business cards, brochures, flyers, banners, print designs, social media graphics, apparel designs, and other custom creative work are produced specifically for each client.
Refund eligibility for these services will depend on the project's progress and work already completed.
4. Website Development
Website design and development projects may involve planning, design, development, revisions, hosting, domains, plugins, APIs, and other third-party services.
Amounts already used for completed work or non-refundable third-party expenses may not be refundable.
5. Digital Marketing
Digital marketing and social media marketing services involve time, planning, content creation, campaign management, and other ongoing work. Fees relating to services already performed or third-party advertising/platform costs may not be refundable.
6. AI Automation, AI Agents and Chatbots
AI automation, AI agent, and chatbot projects may involve custom development, integrations, APIs, testing, configuration, and third-party services.
Refund eligibility will depend on the stage of development and costs already incurred. Third-party API, platform, hosting, or subscription charges may be non-refundable where those providers do not offer refunds.
7. Revisions
If a client is dissatisfied with work, they should first contact The Business Arise so that available revisions can be handled according to the package or project agreement.
A request for revisions does not automatically qualify a project for a refund.
8. Completed and Approved Work
Once a project has been completed, delivered, and approved by the client, refunds may not normally be available except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
9. Third-Party Costs
Payments made for third-party products or services—including domains, hosting, advertising spend, software subscriptions, plugins, APIs, printing, or other external services—may be non-refundable if the third-party provider does not issue a refund.
10. Refund Requests
To request a refund, the client should contact The Business Arise using the contact information provided on the website, or by email at support@thebusinessarise.com, and include sufficient information to identify the relevant order or project.
The Business Arise will review the request based on the project's status, completed work, incurred costs, agreed project terms, and applicable legal requirements.
11. Policy Updates
The Business Arise may update this Refund Policy as its services or business practices change. The latest version will be published on this page.
